Job Description
 Minimum of 7+ years of experience working with
PostgreSQL And Work Experience on Ruby On Rails… Familiarity with PostgreSQL support for JSON & Good Grasp
of ETL concepts
 Indepth understanding of data management (e.g.
permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring) Good Understanding of Postgres internal structures and
Database Load testing
 Server configuration tuning, benchmarking &monitoring,Partitioning, connection pooling
 Should be Experience in PostgreSQL Installations,Upgradation, Migration. Managing cluster and more than 10
servers.
 Administration tools & tasks (upgrade, replication, HA & DR,failover, archiving) Writing Queries using psql, performance tuning and
optimization and Profiling of database
 Should be proactive and have the intellect to explore and
come up with solution to complex technical issues
 Strong written and verbal communication along with proven
fluency of English
