  • Ensure clash-free routing before IFC isometric release.
  • Verify consistency with P&IDs, Equipment GAs, and Stress files.
  • Review piping support requirements, especially for small bore piping.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to match models and documentation.

Job description

Role and Responsibility:
Ensuring the below before release of IFC isometrics
(a) Clash free routing
(b) Match with P&IDs
(c) Match with Equipment GAs
(d) Match with Stress files (RoutingSupporting)

Technical Skill Set:
(a) Experience of viewing Navisworks sessions .
(b) Understanding of below:
(i) P&IDs
(ii) Piping Material Specification
(iii) Equipment GAs
(iv) Matching CAESAR file requirement with pipe routingsupporting in 3D model
(c) Awareness of industry practices for :
(i) Pipe support span.
(ii) Accessibility of inline items
(d) Piping support requirements for nonanalysed lines (span, type, arrangement) – specially small bore piping.
