Job Description

As a Principal Architect in Enterprise Architecture, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leading U.S. enterprises. In this role, you’ll guide strategic technology decisions, connect business priorities with IT execution, and design scalable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll blend deep technical acumen with the ability to influence executives, mentor teams, and lead digital initiatives across diverse industries.

Industry Experience:

We seek professionals with at least five years in three or more of the following sectors:

  • Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing
  • Retail, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Transportation
  • Automotive, Sports Technology, Human Resources
  • Wireless Telco, Banking, Payments, Finance, Insurance
    • Your industry insight will shape strategies that address specific challenges and opportunities, enabling highimpact business and technology outcomes.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Define enterprise IT strategies that align with business objectives and support longterm growth
      • Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and decisionmaking forums
      • Guide teams on best practices across enterprise architecture and emerging technologies
      • Direct digital transformation programs to strengthen competitiveness
      • Recommend solutions balancing innovation with practical delivery
      • Communicate complex technical and business concepts in clear, actionable terms
      • Mentor technical and business teams to build capability and resilience
        • Qualifications

          Required:

          • Mastery in at least two architecture practices areas: Application, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, or Data Architecture, with working knowledge of the others
          • Strong familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, CMS, RPA, and BI
          • Demonstrated success shaping IT strategies that drive measurable business results
          • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence senior stakeholders
          • Skilled in facilitating workshops, assessing risks, and guiding organizations through change
          • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience
            • Preferred:

              • Strong negotiation and consensusbuilding skills
              • Proven ability in strategic planning tools such as product roadmaps, service blueprints, and data flow diagrams
              • Creative problemsolving with sustainable, longterm solutions
              • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies, tools, and methods
              • Largescale program or project leadership from concept to delivery
