Job Description

Purpose of Job

The role of the analyst is to ensure effective and efficient transactions related to sourcing services. This is achieved through building relationships with suppliers, assisting in cost negotiation, awarding, and contracting—ultimately helping the company grow and become more profitable. The primary responsibility is to run RFx events (Request for Information, Request for Quote, and Request for Proposal) to support the supplier selection process and awarding.

Companys headquarters is located in Szczecin, the role will be performed in Warsaw.

Process Role Description

  • Leading commercially Source to Award and Contract Management
  • RFx (Request for Information, Request for Quote, and Request for Proposal) management
  • Providing daytoday operations related to esourcing activities in the ERP system (AribaeSourcing tool), as per Global Procurement team requirements
  • Setting up and managing esourcing events (etenders, eevaluations, eauctions, econtract management) and maximizing potential through early engagement with buyers and stakeholders, as appropriate
  • Working with Global Procurement teams to identify suitable goods and services for negotiation using etools
  • Administering and supporting specific activities such as RFx creation and evaluation, category management, testing, and project closure
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of legal, contractual, and regional requirements of vendors
  • Ensuring that all incoming requests are processed in a timely manner and in line with procurement procedures
  • Ensuring that incoming enquiries are answered in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner
  • Gathering all required information as the first point of contact to ensure customer enquiries can be resolved at the earliest opportunity with minimal handoffs, capturing an accurate record of each enquiry in the system
  • Reporting incoming issues, monitoring their status, and driving resolution if needed
  • Providing support to various procurement projects within defined timelines
    • Qualifications

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
      • Minimum 4–8 years of experience supporting procurement and sourcing, including eSourcing and contract management, preferably in a shared services or large organizational environment
      • Familiarity with Source to Contract (S2C) processes, including vendor selection, RFPRFQ processes, and contract management
      • Experience with eSourcing project planning and execution in indirect categories
      • Experience in running exclusive auctions and bid events
      • Strong understanding of procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or other esourcing and contract management platforms)
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      • Ability to work in a collaborative, fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Fluent usage of English
      • Knowledge of an additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian) at min. B1 will be an advantage
      • Process improvement certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and project management experience are nice to have
      • Openness for frequent work travels within the Europe
