Weโre looking for a Paid Media Manager to own and scale highimpact paid acquisition for fastgrowing eCommerce brands. Youโll manage largescale Meta campaigns while also driving results across Google Ads and other performance platforms.

Develop and execute fullfunnel paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads.
Design and optimize campaign structures, budget allocation, and advanced audience targeting.
Build and run creative testing frameworks to drive CTR, CVR, and LTV improvements.
Monitor campaigns daily and apply datadriven optimizations to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
Collaborate with creative, CRO, and account teams for cohesive, highperforming campaigns.
Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging ad tech.
Mentor junior buyers to elevate execution standards.
4+ years managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands.
Proven track record managing large Meta budgets and scaling accounts.
Expert in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel strategies.
Fluent in eCommerce KPIs: ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CVR, LTV.
Skilled with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution, and Shopify.
Excellent English communication for reporting and clientfacing strategy discussions.
Experience with U.S.based eCommerce agencies or brands.
Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Klaviyo.
Landing page CRO and postclick optimization experience.
History of training or leading other media buyers.
