THE ROLE
You’ll be a core driver of our performance marketing machine, working closely with our internal acquisition team. This isn’t your typical specialist role—it’s dynamic, handson, and built for someone who thrives in the thrill of the chase. Think project manager meets creative strategist, all while being kneedeep in data and ad performance metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Scaling: Execute highimpact experiments and strategies to acquire customers while slashing CPA.
Performance Campaigns: Take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)—from planning to execution and optimization.
DataDriven Strategies: Analyze campaign performance metrics, tweak strategies, and always stay ahead of trends to hit and exceed KPIs.
Sales Optimization: Optimize funnels, from landing pages to ads, driving conversion rates to new heights.
Collaboration Powerhouse: Work with designers, developers, and video editors to deliver highperforming marketing assets.
Innovative Thinking: Don’t just follow the playbook—rewrite it. Use your creativity to build strategies that others wouldn’t dare try.
