We’re looking for a Product Engineer Software Developer to build innovative solutions, optimize systems, and tackle exciting technical challenges. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling our technology and delivering impactful solutions.

How Product Engineers work @ Qatium

Our teams are formed around functional verticals with their vision and goals to drive the iterations and be able to value impact. For that, they are set as:

• Multidisciplinary agile teams. Product Engineers, Product Designers and Product Managers collaborate in the teams to account for the delivery aligned with the OKRs of the company.

• Problem Solving and Product Development. Design, build, and run scalable business processes.

• Strategic planning. Contribute to the product cycle to identify opportunities for growth and value generation.

• Feedback is at the core. We value testing, conversations and short cycles to deliver value and gather feedback early.

• Pair programming, Code Reviews and TDD. We value quality. You will pair and review code often.

• TrunkBased Development, Feature Flags, CICD. Yes, we love automation 🙂

• Communication. We are 100% remote and we use slack extensively as well as Jira to manage the work. You will read and write to coordinate with your colleagues to minimize videocalls although some synchro happens every week.

• We acknowledge this is a long list of skills so we value 80% matching candidates as well as similar technologies.
