Product Manager

Machinify is the leading provider of AIpowered software products that transform healthcare claims and payment operations. Each year, the healthcare industry generates over $200B in claims mispayments, creating incredible waste, friction and frustration for all participants: patients, providers, and especially payers. Machinify’s revolutionary AIplatform has enabled the company to develop and deploy, at light speed, industryspecific products that increase the speed and accuracy of claims processing by orders of magnitude.

Machinify is seeking a Product Manager to help us translate the voice of the customer and our product strategy into product requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct user interviews and lead discovery to uncover the biggest opportunities for customer value.

• Understand the drivers of business value to the customer, challenge the status quo and propose new processes where needed to deliver that value.

• Translate customer opportunities and needs into requirements for our Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

• Facilitate refinement discussions to drive out needed functional requirement details

• Work closely with Design teams in detail to create impactful product interfaces and user experiences.

• Ensure the execution of our product roadmap, setting key delivery milestones and overseeing ontime, seamless delivery of product requirements

• Drive crossfunctional alignment among stakeholders, building strong partnerships and facilitating collaboration across teams

• Bring a high level of curiosity and the ability to ask probing questions

• Develop a deep understanding of the Machinify platform and products and the ability to estimate technical complexity of implementation.
  
  

• What You Bring:

  • You have deep experience as a Product Manager in a hightech organization, and have a strong track record of facilitating the delivery of impactful, outcomedriven roadmaps.

  • You have experience working directly with design teams and bring a strong understanding and foundation of UX principles.

  • You have extensive track record in software product delivery, either as a product manager or a software engineer.

  • You take the initiative and own projects from start to finish

  • You can build positive relationships based on trust and value delivered

  • You can communicate effectively and bring strong process, project management and decisionmakingfacilitating skills
