5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Proficiency in LoadRunner (LRE 2022, 12.56, 12.XX) across multiple protocols and technologies.
Experience with testing cloud-based, IoT, and mobile applications, including device simulation.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal support.

Relevant Experience: 5+ years of core experience in performance testing & engineering knowledge .
Must have experience interacting with stakeholders, NFRs gathering, SLAs, Test planning, Test estimations etc.
Must have good exposure on delivering end to end performance testing solution as an individual contributor with little assistance. Should have good hands on Load Runner (version LRE 2022 , 12.56 , 12.XX) on multiple protocolstechnology stack specially on Web http HTML, middleware(SOA, API, MTTQ etc.) and JMeterK6 Should have exposure of testing cloud based applications, IoT apps, Mobile apps and simulation of devices(Engineering).
Handson with MonitoringDiagnostics tools like HP Site Scope, Dynatrace , Diagnostics etc. Good to have experience on bottlenecks analysis, performance tuning, and performance improvement recommendations Good soft skills and should be able to handle projects independently or with minimum support.
Good communication skills Ability to support peer team members with delivery impediments and also work on deliverables.
