Ensuring client requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to customer questions and assisting with issue resolution which may involve one or more of the following:
Providing users with workarounds
Troubleshooting or debugging with developers

Identifying ESUs or liaising with Oracle for bug fixes
Follow Managed Services consulting methods and processes
