Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Scalepex, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of digital products that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams, engineering, design, operations, and client stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery in a fully remote and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on company strategy and client needs.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify customer problems and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure highquality product delivery.
  • Manage product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Prioritize backlog items using datadriven decisionmaking and stakeholder input.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, updates, and risks.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital or softwaredriven environment.
      • Proven success managing and launching digital products, ideally in B2B or servicebased settings.
      • Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
      • Experience working in AgileScrum teams.
      • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Productboard.
      • Advanced English proficiency is required (written and verbal).
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
        • Preferred Qualifications

          • Experience with user research or UX design processes.
          • Background working with nearshore or remote global teams.
          • Familiarity with customer success or call center operations is a plus.
          • Certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or Pragmatic Institute preferred.
