The Assistant media buyer will be eager to learn professionally, seeking to learn and grow and become the expert in the video marketing offerings and capabilities of YouTube and offYouTube platforms. Through meticulous attention to detail, heshethey can manage multiple complex projects with ease – whether they call for organizational skills, statistical analysis, or business acumen – and is always ready and excited to hit the ground running.
Channel Factory is looking for an assistant to support the media buyers, including QA, setting up, and reporting, supporting delivery, top performance, and other client needs from digital campaigns. This assistant has a passion for analytics, creativity, and technical details! This individual goes above and beyond in their daytoday, strives to consistently exceed the expectations of their clients and fellow team members, and wants to help further the teams expertise. This individual thrives in a fastpaced, everchanging marketplace that requires smart decisions and an eye for small changes that can become big waves. The right person for this role must be very detailoriented, a strong communicator, collaborative, and a quick problemsolver.
Main Responsibilities:
● Owning the quality assurance (QA) process prepostcampaign launch
● Assist with campaign activation across multiple platforms
● Escalating to media buyers for daytoday tasks (flag RCO deadlines, discrepancies, audits, daily pacing checks, etc.)
● Support campaign managementcoverageoverflow – pace and optimize towards unit goals, KPIs, and margin caps.
● Respond with urgency to all general and specialized requests using knowledge and understanding of all internal systems.
● Work with Google support teams on tracking tag implementation, and issue troubleshootinginquiry.
● Maintain internal process and best practices documentation uptodate
● Report ownership, forecasting avails, and ad hoc audits
● Take & share notes for various team meetings
Requirements
● Fluency in English both written and verbal
● EXPERIENCE: 1 year of digital media experience
● Strong work ethic & discipline to work productively in a remote environment
● Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps e.g., Zoom, Google Hangouts, Slack
● Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must!
● Bonus points if you are AdWords or YouTube certified!
● Have a thirst to learn the digital landscape and share with the team.
● A selfdirected professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline.
● Able to effectively prioritize and work with little to no supervision.
● Highly organized and detailoriented professional.
