About this role: 

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with a deep understanding of website optimization, organic LinkedIn engagement, and SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate has successfully managed website performance and conversion strategies, driven meaningful organic engagement on LinkedIn, and scaled high-quality organic traffic that converts.


This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to enhance our brand’s digital presence. You should have a firm grasp of website analytics, a passion for optimizing user journeys, and a track record of leveraging LinkedIn as a key organic growth channel. Additionally, you should be curious, hungry, and passionate about AI—eager to explore how emerging AI tools and strategies can enhance organic traffic, content quality, and conversion rates.


As part of a small but agile marketing team, this role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of initiatives that drive measurable results. You will work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and demand gen team members to refine our website experience, craft engaging LinkedIn strategies, and implement SEO best practices that attract and convert our ideal audience. What you’ll be doing: 

This role, day to day, will own the following strategies, activities, and channels but is not limited to these responsibilities.


Website Optimization & Conversion

  • Manage website performance, ensuring fast load times, mobile optimization, seamless user experience, and high conversion rates.

  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve website engagement and lead generation.

  • Work with developers and designers to optimize website structure, landing pages, and CTAs.

  • Track and report on key website metrics to enhance performance.

  • Explore AI-driven solutions for content personalization, user behavior analysis, and CRO enhancements.

SEO & Organic Traffic Growth

  • Drive high-quality organic traffic through SEO best practices, content strategy, and website optimization.

  • Collaborate with content and product marketing team members to develop SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and resources.

  • Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and site health to identify growth opportunities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and AI-driven SEO strategies such as automated content optimization and AI-enhanced keyword research.

Organic LinkedIn Growth & Engagement

  • Develop and execute an organic LinkedIn strategy to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

  • Manage company LinkedIn profiles, ensuring consistent, high-value content while pushing the boundaries/experimenting with our presence. 

  • Partner with content and partner marketing team members to develop diverse and thought-provoking content strategies to test. 

  • Monitor LinkedIn analytics to refine content strategy and improve performance.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze LinkedIn engagement trends, optimize post timing, and enhance content effectiveness.

What we are looking for:
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing with a focus on website performance, SEO, and LinkedIn strategy.

  • Strong knowledge of tools for website analytics (GA, Hotjar, etc.), conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO (SEMRush, GSC, etc.), and CMS (Webflow)  

  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn pages, increasing engagement, and optimizing content strategy.

  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth through SEO strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Passionate about AI and its potential to enhance organic marketing strategies.

Bonus Skills
  • Experience with HubSpot, SEMRush (or similar), A/B testing tools

  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms).

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and paid social strategies.

  • Experience using AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Clearscope, or Surfer SEO for content optimization and strategy.

Compensation:


The standard base pay range for this role is $160,000 Annually. This base pay range does not include variable compensation including potential commissions, bonuses or other financial or equity incentives.
