Job Title:                Client Success Executive

Reporting to:         Territory Operations Manager                                   

Location:                Hybrid – Midlands (2-3 days in the Cannock Office per week)

Salary:                   £25,000 + Up to £6,000 bonus

 What will you do? 

Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role: 

  • Own your accounts: Manage and grow a portfolio of small-to-medium clients, crafting a strategic growth plan and adjusting it as you go. 
  • Be the go-to person: You’ll be the first call your clients make — answering queries, solving problems, and making their journey with Newcross unforgettable. 
  • Spot the opportunities: Use market research and CRM insights to identify trends, understand client needs, and open the door to new business. 
  • Champion our brand: Act as a trusted ambassador for Newcross, showcasing our values, expertise, and innovative solutions.
  •  Negotiate like a pro: Overcome objections, influence decisions, and close the deal — all while keeping the client’s success at the centre. 
  • Collaborate & share: Work with internal teams, fellow Client Success Executives, and industry stakeholders to push boundaries and set new standards. 
  • Make your mark: Leverage networking and social media to boost your professional presence and put Newcross in the spotlight.

  • A customer-first mindset with proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience promoting a premium product in a regulated industry
  • Sales success stories — from cold calling to closing
  • Sharp communication & negotiation skills with the ability to influence and inspire
  • A love for data, with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Comfort with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile apps
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a hunger for growth
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing (bonus, not essential)
