Job description

We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Email Marketing Developer.

Compensation:
USD 1.8K - 2.2K/month.

Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Perú, Argentina, Bolivia, and Chile residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
  • You have 2+ years of experience in campaign management and email marketing.
  • You are proficient in CSS, HTML, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • English - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
  • Develop and execute high-quality email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Code responsive and dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and scripting languages such as AMPscript or SSJS.
  • Manage audience segmentation and targeting using SQL queries and data extensions.
  • Optimize campaign workflows including data flows, automation logic, and contact models for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices, privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign strategy and execution are aligned.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrated marketing tools and systems.

Requisitos
  • 2–3 years of experience in email marketing development or campaign execution.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; familiarity with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in HTML; working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and/or SSJS is a plus.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-client email rendering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
