Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate product manager to join our team.

Key outputs required from you:
Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis.
Define product roadmaps based on company strategy, vision, and customer feedback.
Develop detailed, business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications.
Work with the development team to execute the product pipeline in the timeline provided.
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Drive product launches including working with our marketing and sales teams and other department managers.
Manage integration partnervendor relationships.
Develop and deliver internal training to build product knowledge and expertise of staff responsible for marketing, selling, and supporting our solutions.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a related field
Previous experience in product development or management role
Proven product development and scaling ability in SAAS products or ERPs
Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate value proposition and technical information.
Exceptional leadership skills
Basic Knowledge in Python Django, REST API, React JS, AWS (Cloud) is required
The candidate should be familiar with Sprint Agile methodologies preferably
