Roles & Responsibilities

  • Over 3 years of product management experience, preferably with CRM or customer service systems.
  • Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills for complex business scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Design and analyze customer-facing and backend products, including requirement analysis and feature planning.
  • Enhance business workflows with online processes, empowerment tools, and intelligent analytics.
  • Coordinate with various business units to improve processes and ensure successful product implementation.
  • Engage with partners to optimize and track project progress, ensuring customer platform needs are met.
