Job description

**Job Description: QA Manual Tester (6+ years of Experience)****Experience: 6+ years**
**Responsibilities:**
Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure their functionality, performance, and reliability.
Identify and report defects, track their status, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionalities are not impacted by new changes.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure that the application meets the specified requirements.
Participate in the software development lifecycle and contribute to the improvement of the testing process.
Conduct usability testing to assess the userfriendliness and user experience of the applications.
Analyze and communicate test results, metrics, and potential risks to project stakeholders.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by endusers and provide timely resolutions.
Stay uptodate with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

**Requirements:**
Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Manual QA Tester.
Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Handson experience in performing manual testing for web and mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
Familiarity with different types of testing, including functional, regression, and usability testing.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage test cycles.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify defects and assess risks.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience in Agile or Scrum development environments is a plus.
ISTQB or any other relevant testing certification is desirable.

**Preferred Skills:**
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of SQL for database testing and data validation.
Familiarity with performance testing and security testing.
Understanding of mobile testing for Android and iOS platforms.
Knowledge of CICD practices and tools.
