Project Manager

Reporting to: Senior Management

You are:

The ideal candidate gets to oversee all projects and reports directly to the companys top management. In this role, you will drive work in a highly collaborative, fastpaced, resultsdriven environment. You manage complex projects from inception through completion, working closely with all departments involved in delivering projects.

You will work on:

• Work with Sales and Account Managers to translate their client promise into detailed project plans.
• Oversee progress daily across all projects in the company, working closely with delivery heads.
• Take responsibility to ensure all projects are running on time.
• Predict roadblocks and show stoppers internally (YUJs project team) as well as externally (client team)
• Build great relationships to get work done on both sides (YUJ and client)
• Create and own a weekly organizationwide report to present the performance of resource efficiency, effort burn, deadlines, identified risk, and mitigation plan for all projects.
• Work with the resource management group to coordinate staff and internal resource movements.
• Conducting timetotime critical project reviews with the management
• Establish a project governance approach on all strategic projects.
• Optimise and improve project management and oversee processes from time to time

• You will love the role if you have:

  • 58 years of indepth project management experience.
  • Utilised and can demonstrate industry best practices, techniques, and standards of project management of your current work
  • Manage large, diverse, and remote teams ( design & tech teams).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Working experience with project management tools like WaterfallAgile methods, Gantt charts, spreadsheets, and numbers for tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills yet command overseeing projects through life cycles and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to complete projects with time to spare compared to the timelines defined.
