At least 4 years of experience with UiPath in a support role.
Intermediate skills in UiPath, including reading and troubleshooting workflows.
Good understanding of Windows Servers, Virtual Machines, and remote access.
Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, SQL, and IT security concepts.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to UiPath workflows.
Support installation and upgrades of UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
Manage support tickets using ITSM tools and adhere to incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Must possess intermediate UiPath skills – ability to read and understand UiPath Workflows for diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalating to Development Teams
