Good to have any salesforce certification
Should have good knowledge of Test management tools like Jira, Zephyre etc.
Handson experience with AEM testing for 1–2 years or performance testing [good to have]
Strong technical skills, both functional and nonfunctional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
