About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who has the technical aptitude and is passionate to create solutions and products that customer love. HeSheThey must be an organizational mastermind who excel in managing procedures and deadline. HeSheThey will be working very closely with Industry Veterans, Data Scientists and high performing design and engineering team and will drive a lean and agile development process, ensuring the seamless delivery of VALUE to customer.
Primary Responsibilities
Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative Data Analytics and AI Solutions for US Healthcare
Work with customer to effectively translate business needs and use cases into technical requirements for POCs
Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
Develop materials to communicate progress and drive Product demo to stakeholders and customers
Experience with using AzureDevOPsJira or other Product Management tools
Driving Agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
Writing stories that articulate work to be done by Developers and Data Engineers in support of solutions and production support
Lead the implementation strategy and execution of data ingesting and integration of US healthcare data sources (Claims, HL7, Enrolment, EMR etc) and merging them into the unified patient records
Working closely with Development Team to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely manner
Maintaining a prioritized backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall solution roadmap
Driving new data source partnerships (relationship building, management, contracting) Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Product Management, or comparable technical field
5+ years of relevant experience in the US Healthcare (e.g. in Revenue Cycle Management, Population Health and Quality) with Expertise in Data & Analytics within a cloud environment, ideally Azure
Familiarity with health data formats such asX12, HL7, FHIR, or CCDA
Practical expertise quickly prototyping data and analytics solutions utilizing data wrangling and visualization technologies (such as PowerBI ).
