  • Support RSA/ACM and Active Directory updates.
  • Manage access provisioning on customer portals.
  • Maintain security and troubleshoot issues independently.

Perform product configuration and integration development.
RSAACM support
AD update for users
Extensive knowledge on Cyber security Organization best practices
Java scripting
Multi Factor Authentication
Knowledge on incident management process
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
