Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 8 years of quality assurance experience in software development.
  • Basic understanding of data warehouse, marketing automation, ETL, and BI platforms, with knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Expertise in quality assurance tools and methodologies, with preferred experience in Snowflake and object-oriented programming.
  • Strong SQL skills, relational database knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Conduct quality assurance testing for software products and integrations.
  • Utilize QA tools and methodologies to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings effectively.

Job description

8+ years of quality assurance experience in software product development
Basic understanding of key technology platforms (data warehouse, marketing automation, ETL, BI) and languages (Python, SQL)
Expert knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies
Experience with Snowflake and objectoriented programming preferred
Experience testing apps and integrations with the Salesforce platform
Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts
Strong organization and writtenoral communication skills
Attention to detail, creative problemsolving, and a meticulous nature
A sense of humor and collaborative mindset
Bonus Points:

Quality certifications (CMSQ, CSQA, etc)
Need someone senior who has lots of US working experience.
