Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure that incoming, inprocess and final inspection are carried out.
Data testing background With strong python and sql.
To take disposition action on the nonconforming products.
To raise nonconformance in case of inward, inprocess and final deviations.
To prepare PPAP
To approve the final inspection report and release the product to customer.
To initiate corrective actions for the nonconformances.
To ensure corrective actions are implemented and are closed.
To monitor the nonconformance at customer end and to initiate corrective & preventive actions.
To follow up with the periodical calibration of monitoring and measuring equipments.
To stop the production in case of any nonconformance observed.
Member of management review meeting.
To follow up with the periodical calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
Review of Customer Complaints and Corrective Actions taken & present in MRM about status of customer & initiate steps to reducing it
