RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Liderar tecnicamente a evolução do Design System, com foco em escalabilidade e padronização;
- Definir, manter e evoluir esteiras de CICD para os componentes do ecossistema;
- Garantir cobertura de testes unitários e boas práticas de qualidade;
- Documentar componentes e interações utilizando Storybook;
- Atuar de forma colaborativa com times de design, engenharia e produto;
- Avaliar e propor oportunidades de uso de IA aplicada no Design System;
- Ser referência técnica e estratégica na construção de soluções compartilhadas;
- Apoiar a construção de visão de futuro para o Design System junto à liderança de produto.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experiência com React Native;
- Experiência com React e Next.js;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CICD;
- Vivência com ferramentas de CICD e automação de pipelines;
- Prática em testes unitários e documentação com Storybook;
- Vivência em liderança técnica de time com visão sistêmica;
- Diferenciais: Conhecimento de performance e otimização de apps mobile; Vivência em ambientes ágeis; Participação em iniciativas de produto (visão de roadmap, métricas, etc.); Conhecimento em IA aplicada a engenharia de software (ex: criação de agentes, automações); Experiência com micro frontends e performance de apps mobile; Capacidade de gerar POCs com novas tecnologias.
