RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Liderar tecnicamente a evolução do Design System, promovendo padronização e escalabilidade;
- Definir, manter e evoluir pipelines de CICD para bibliotecas e componentes;
- Garantir cobertura de testes e boas práticas de qualidade;
- Documentar componentes e interações utilizando Storybook;
- Atuar em parceria com times de design, engenharia e produto;
- Explorar e propor aplicações de IA aplicadas ao Design System;
- Ser referência técnica e estratégica na construção de soluções compartilhadas;
- Apoiar a definição de visão de futuro do Design System junto à liderança de produto.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experiência sólida com React Native;
- Experiência com React e Next.js;
- Vivência com ferramentas e automação de CICD;
- Prática em testes unitários e documentação com Storybook;
- Capacidade de liderar tecnicamente um time com visão sistêmica;
- Boa comunicação, colaboração e postura de liderança técnica;
- Vivência em ambientes ágeis;
- Conhecimento em performance e otimização de apps mobile;
- Experiência prévia como Tech Lead ou função equivalente;
- Participação em iniciativas de produto (roadmap, métricas, estratégia);
- Conhecimento em IA aplicada à engenharia de software (ex.: agentes, automações);
- Experiência com micro frontends.
