Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Real Estate Administrator to join a topperforming real estate professional known for exceptional production and client hospitality. This role is pivotal in managing real estate transactions, supporting clients throughout the buying and selling process, and ensuring every deal is executed with precision and care.

Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining the CRM system, tracking expenses, conducting property research, managing online reputation, overseeing blog updates, and ensuring the website is current and userfriendly. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Job Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management: Organize and maintain the CRM system, including adding emails, updating contact information, and ensuring proper setup.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and manage expenses to keep financial records accurate and uptodate.
  • Property Research: Conduct property research, including gathering and analyzing comparative market data (comps).
  • Online Reputation Management: Manage and respond to online reviews to enhance and maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Blog Management: Oversee blog content, ensuring consistent updates and quality control.
  • Website Maintenance: Keep the website updated, functional, and userfriendly.
    • Requirements

      • Proven experience as a real estate virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
      • Proficiency in managing CRM systems, including adding and organizing emails and ensuring proper setup.
      • Strong understanding of expense tracking and maintaining accurate financial records.
      • Ability to conduct property research and analyze comparative market data (comps).
      • Familiarity with online reputation management, including responding to and managing online reviews.
      • Experience with blog management, including content updates and quality control.
      • Basic skills in website maintenance to ensure a functional and userfriendly platform.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Techsavviness and proficiency with tools related to real estate operations (CRM platforms, blogging tools, etc.).
        • Additional Requirements:

          • Parttime availability, committed to a 20hour workweek with a commitment to adhere to the schedule provided by the client
          • Flexibility to work in U.S. Mountain time zones, Monday to Friday.
          • Able to maintain a distractionfree home office setup.
          • Possess a laptopdesktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.
          • Reliable highspeed internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS).
          • Dual monitor is a plus
