Our client, a fast growing recruitment consulting startup is searching for a smart, resourceful, and peopleoriented Recruitment Associate to join the team.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll support both the talent sourcing and business development sides of our work. You’ll help us build and manage client relationships while finding the right candidates for open roles. You’ll also manage our social media channels and help shape our brand voice.

Key Responsiblities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across industries

  • Support endtoend recruitment processes, including interviews and client updates

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • Manage the company social media presence and develop engaging recruitmentrelated content

  • Stay up to date with hiring trends and recruitment best practices

    • Qualifications
      • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or a related field (internship experience counts)

      • Strong communication and people skills

      • A selfstarter with good organizational and multitasking abilities

      • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media tools

      • Creative eye for content creation (Canva or similar tools a plus)

      • Passion for talent, startups, and growing something from scratch
