Job description

Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is looking for Project Manager, Social Media to join their team. As a Social Media Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing social media initiatives within our team. You’ll collaborate with crossfunctional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of campaigns and deliverables. Your ability to balance internal processes and client expectations will be crucial.

**Please note: this is a contract position through June 30, 2026 with a high chance to extend per the clients request**

Responsibilities:

  • Workstream Management:
    • Oversee social media projects from inception to completion.
    • Coordinate tasks across internal teams (content creators, designers, etc.) and external partners (clients, agencies).
    • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between stakeholders.
    • Lead on Morale V team
      • Project Planning and Execution:
        • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
        • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues.
        • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social media teams.
          • Client Relationship:
            • Act as a main point of contact for clients regarding project updates.
            • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable tasks.
            • Manage client expectations and deliverables.
              • Quality Assurance:
                • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
                • Conduct regular reviews and feedback loops.
                • Optimize processes for efficiency.
                  • Reporting and Analysis:
                    • Track deliverables as they ladder up to overall SOW’s
                        • Requirements

                          • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
                          • 25 years in operations or project management space.
                          • Expert in project management tools preferred, Clickup experience a plus.
                          • Proven experience in project management, preferably in social media or digital marketing.
                          • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
                          • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
                          • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
                          • Agile project management knowledge is a plus.
                            • Compensation Range:

                              $75,000$90,000yr

                              ** This pay range is Clientspecific for the opening advertised. The identity of the Client will be disclosed if you are selected to move forward in the hiring process. **
