Who You Are
  • You believe in the importance of providing highquality care to all communities

  • You are experienced in treating individuals with substance use disorders, such as OUD or AUD, and providing MedicationAssisted Treatment (MAT) as part of their care.

  • You are adept at learning new technologies and using technology in your practice, as we are a techheavy startup.

  • You enjoy working in a collaborative work environment that values the support and mentorship of likeminded individuals.

  • You are dedicated and able to provide patientcentered psychiatric care

  • Can commit to 1520 hours per week (we are open 7 days a week)

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

  • New grads of PMHNP programs welcome to apply (with previous experience in RN psychiatry preferred)

    • What Youll Do
      • Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management: Deliver compassionate and highquality psychiatric care, addiction care and medication management through a convenient telehealth platform, ensuring members receive accessible and effective care.

      • TeamBased Collaboration: You will be part of an integrated team of prescribing clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators that, together, will provide members with the highestquality clinical care

      • Collaborative Case Conferences: Partner with your fellow clinical and care team to assess and adapt treatment strategies for highrisk members biweekly, ensuring they receive the most effective and holistic care possible.

      • Member Education and Health Promotion: Empower members with education on preventative practices and lifestyle habits that support longterm mental and physical wellbeing.

      • Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about the latest evidencebased psychiatric practices and share key learnings with the ReKlame Health community, contributing to a collective pursuit of excellence in mental health care

      • Thorough Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, detailed patient records to document symptoms, treatment plans, medications, and progress. Ensure comprehensive insights to support informed care decisions.

          • Parttime salaried position at a rate of $55,000 to $70,000 yearly (commensurate with location, skills and experience)

                  Required Qualifications
                  • A Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York, New Jersey or Florida without any restrictions (active or pending)

                  • A Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification (active or pending)
