As Product Manager at One Pay, you’ll lead the Core Mobile App experience used by millions of customers. You’ll own the endtoend mobile platform—driving engagement, crossselling, and retention across products like banking, credit, and lending. Working closely with design, engineering, analytics, and brand, you’ll deliver a cohesive mobile experience through unified navigation, design systems, and crossvertical feature integration that fuels growth and revenue.
Own and evolve the core app experience, including navigation, home screen, personalization, notifications, and shared UX, ensuring consistency across product verticals.
Drive a cohesive UX strategy through close collaboration with crossfunctional teams and vertical product leaders, aligning on a unified app vision and highquality execution.
Leverage data and insights to optimize user journeys, boost engagement, reduce friction, and lead discovery on strategic initiatives like app unification and personalization.
Experienced product leader (7–10 years) with a strong track record driving crossfunctional, crossvertical initiatives—especially in regulated, multiproduct spaces like fintech or healthtech.
Strategic and userfocused, with deep expertise in mobile UX, design systems, and translating complex business needs into scalable solutions.
Datadriven communicator and influencer, skilled in defining KPIs, interpreting data, aligning stakeholders, and building momentum through clear, compelling communication
