Job Description
Basic Skills
Handling end to end recruitment process.

Sourcing suitable candidates for junior, middle & senior positions for different Clients through different sources, such as: Using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting etc.

Screening of resumes and shortlisting the candidates as per the client’s requirements.

Conducting the preliminary interview over the phone to know their suitability

Understanding the clients requirement

Study the job description thoroughly and understand it properly.

Scheduling the interviews of the shortlisted candidates as per the convenience of the candidates and the clients

Rigorously follow up with candidates until joining.

Continually built a pipeline of highquality candidates for current openings and upcoming requisitions.

Mapping, Salary Negotiation.
• Generating references.
• Candidate Database management and tracking.
