Job description

Job Description:
The candidate MUST HAVE the following
Site Execution knowledge
Drawing Study knowledge
Design Review
Vendor Management
Extensive knowledge on industrial project and high side services
Client Management
End to end project understanding
Good documentation skills
Must have worked on both Industrial and interior fitout projects

Additional Information
Must have lead projects in interior fitout with good experience in client management.
Worked in Grade A PMC. (JLL, CBRE, C&W, Colliers etc.)
Capable to handle large scale projects individually
Experience in Client Management and project execution.
Must have experience in leading project of large scale or 23 medium scale projects
Expertise in handling contracts effectively.
Cost and Risk Management
Flawless Communications and negotiation skills.
End to end knowledge of project delivery.
Eficient in vendor management,
Shall be proficient in technical side of proejct to do design review and quality implementation.
Exposure on filling up RFP and business pitch document.
Planning and budgeting skills.
Mandatory
Must have worked on BOTH Industrial and Interior fitout projects
Must Have
IPC experience (CBRE, Colliers, C&W, JLL, Knight Frank etc.)
Industrial Project Experience & fit out experience
Notice Period: Must be able to join in 30 days or less
Target companies (Mandatory)
IPC (International Property Consulting) companies such as CBRE, Colliers, C&W, JLL, Knight Frank, etc.
Leading Interior design companies such as M. Moser, Space matrix, Zyeta etc.
