Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive with a proven track record in handling client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client connections, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner 
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of service and support is provided to clients 
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to continuously improve customer satisfaction 
  • Write and maintain technical documentation 
  • Provide training and support to clients as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in client servicing and customer success 
  • Strong knowledge of customer success strategies and best practices 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good understanding of Agile development methodologies 
  • bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

Education and Certifications:

  • Professional certifications in customer success (e.g. CSAP, CCSP, etc.)
