SAP C4C: Job description: Should have at least 5 years of experience in SAP Cloud for Customer with production support & Enhancement projects. Functional experience includes extensive business process knowledge in areas such as Accounts, activities, lead, and opportunity management Including integration with ECC. Roles and Responsibilities: Experience in C4C project scoping, finetuning, KUT adaptation rules, workflow rules, code list mapping and code list restriction, data workbench, outlook integration. Client interaction skills and handling user reported tickets and addressing as per priority. Hands on with JiraServiceNow or any other ticket tool.
