Job description

Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources.
5 to 6 (for Sr Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools – analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc
Minimum 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee CentralCompensation Module.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
Candidate must have at least one SF Compensation End to end implementation or Support Project experience
Strong Hold on MS Excel is preferable
HR knowledge – various HR functions, processes etc
Strong analyticalproblem solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global Organizations
Translate Business requirements into System Configuration.
Certified in Success Factors compensation is an additional advantage not mandatory!
