Minimum of 10 years of experience in VoIP solution design and implementation.
Proficiency with AudioCodes SBC, Microsoft Teams, and Polycom devices.
Strong troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark and Syslog Viewer.
In-depth knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP, RTCP, SDP, and various audio/video codecs.
Requirements:
Design and implement VoIP solutions including AudioCodes devices and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
Administer and support AudioCodes devices and gateways.
Troubleshoot VoIP issues using diagnostic tools and resolve technical challenges.
Document solutions and configurations in detailed Low-Level and High-Level Design documents.

· Experience in troubleshooting and supporting AudioCodes SBC, Microsoft Teams, Polycom
· Responsible for detailed documentation of the solution in the form of LLDHLD
· Resolution ownership of technical challenges occurring duringafter the implementation
· The successful candidate would be able to independently configure and manage complex VoIP environment
