Job description

Must have skills
· 10 years of handson experience in design and implementation of VoIP solutions that includes but not limited to AudioCodes SBC, Microsoft Teams, Polycom
· Design and implement AudioCodes devices and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
· Administration and support of AudioCodes devices
· Strong knowledge in troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark, Syslog Viewer
· Knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP, RTCP, SDP, audio codecs and video codecs
· Experience in number porting support with various telecom service providers
· Knowledge of AudioCodes gateways and SBCs
· Knowledge of Microsoft Direct Routing
· Expertise in Session Initiation Protocol, PSTN Connectivity, VoIP, and Contact Center Solution
· Experience in troubleshooting and supporting AudioCodes SBC, Microsoft Teams, Polycom
· Responsible for detailed documentation of the solution in the form of LLDHLD
· Resolution ownership of technical challenges occurring duringafter the implementation
· The successful candidate would be able to independently configure and manage complex VoIP environment
