Proficiency in SAP Business Objects 4.0 Platform administration.
Experience with Data Services ETL and Tomcat web servers.
Knowledge of managing multiple application environments including Dev, QAT, UAT, and Production.
Understanding of IT Service Management and helpdesk operations.
