    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) with proficiency in English.
      • Strong customer service skills and a passion for assisting others.
          • Advanced Knowledge of Technical Support is an advantage.
          • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
          • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different customer needs.
          • Effective problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
