  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and support tickets within the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill enhancement programs to stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Gather customer feedback to suggest improvements in products and support processes.
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.
