  • Provide firstclass customer service to Dutchspeaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keep uptodate with company products and services to offer accurate and helpful information to clients.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly within the companys CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and share best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually refine your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback for improving processes and customer experiences.
    • Requirements
