Purpose
As a Requirements Analyst III (preferably based in Detroit MI), you will utilize your experience in working with a dynamic and multifunctional Agile development team to build LIS software for laboratories and hospitals. You will be working closely with key development partner client site(s) and product management to develop user requirements for healthcare software products that support efficient laboratory workflows and best practices. You will help build the vision of the product to meet customer needs, strategic direction, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $80,000 to $118,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
