Experience with SAP system upgrades and maintenance.

Job Profile:
Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.
Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
Manage complex, highavailability SAP and Disaster recovery systems.
Managing all databases including Oracle, SQL, MaxDB, and Sybase and monitor ACCOPS backup log
The primary responsibility for supporting and monitoring SAP core applications includes installation, performance, break fixes, and change requests as necessary.
Maintain SOPs based on ISO audits and follow SOP procedures.
In accordance with the audit requirement, maintained a list of SAP EULAs and licenses.
Manage SAP maintenance (hot packages and kernel upgrades) using a structured approach.
In accordance with government regulations, upgrade the HR patches in the production environment.
Taking backups of all production and nonproduction servers.
Restore Production database according to functional team or end user requirements
Managing vendors and tracking payments
Upgrade SAP systems as part of the planning and implementation process.
Prepare daily status reports and health reports for all production systems.
Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances.(ADS) & Maintain RFC connection for SAP and non SAP system also maintain the DR archive log shipping process.
