Job description

We are looking for a Sale & Marketing Manager for a publicly listed paper manufacturer.

Job Profile:
Develop & Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers & suppliers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Negotiating Contract and pricing with customers & Suppliers
Ensure that all the sales activities are in compliance with company policies & Procedures .
Prepare and submit regular sales report to the management.

Requirements:
Post Graduate Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field.
610 years of sales & marketing experience in the Indian paper industry
Excellent negotiation and communication skill.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Strong organizational and time management skill.
