About the Role
We are seeking an SEO & Web Analyst Manager with a proven record in IT and handson WordPress experience to focus entirely on organic search performance and website data insights. You will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and implementing strategies that boost our search visibility, increase traffic, and improve user engagement.

Your work will directly influence lead generation, conversion rates, and content strategy for our international websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct indepth keyword research to identify highimpact search opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues (site speed, indexing, structured data, security).
• Develop and execute link building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics via Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track user behavior, conversions, and traffic sources.
• Provide datadriven recommendations for website improvements, UX optimization, and content strategy.
• Monitor competitor SEO activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize WordPress websites, ensuring SEOfriendly updates, plugin and theme maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.

  Requirements

  • Proven track record in SEO strategy, analytics, and ITweb infrastructure.
  • Advanced WordPress site management skills, including plugins, themes, and hosting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Experience with technical SEO: site speed, indexing, structured data, mobile responsiveness, and security.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic PHP for troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Based in Eastern Europe — Ukraine or Serbia preferred — and able to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
