Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Front End Developer with advanced skills in React and modern JavaScript frameworks, who can take a UX vision and turn it into performant, accessible, and maintainable interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver beautiful and intuitive user experiences that improve engagement and drive conversions.

You’ll also take a leadership role—driving frontend architecture decisions, mentoring other developers, and enforcing quality standards throughout the UI development lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Priorities:

Front End Development & Architecture

• Lead development of scalable, maintainable, and modular frontend components using React, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Own and evolve frontend architecture to support performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow across the stack.

• UIUX Implementation & Design Collaboration

  • Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design specs into highquality code.
  • Partner with product designers to iterate on usability, animations, responsive design, and mobilefirst interfaces.
  • Maintain pixelperfect implementation while also ensuring accessibility (WCAG standards) and internationalization readiness.

  • Performance Optimization & Testing

    • Optimize web applications for performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, and reducing render bottlenecks.
    • Implement testing strategies using tools like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library to ensure a stable UI.
    • Monitor frontend performance using analytics and observability tools to identify and address UI issues.

    • Project Delivery & Agile Practices

      • Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver features through welldefined sprints and tasks.
      • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, and estimation sessions.
      • Break down complex UI features into manageable tasks and user stories.

      • Leadership & Mentorship

        • Lead by example with clean, maintainable code and consistent documentation.
        • Provide code reviews, share best practices, and support juniormidlevel developers in upskilling.
        • Be a key voice in frontend tech stack decisions and improvements.

        • Requirements

          Technical Skills:

          • 6+ years of experience in frontend web development.
          • Expert knowledge of JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SCSS).
          • Familiarity with componentbased design systems and tools like Storybook or Figma.
          • Strong understanding of API integration (REST and GraphQL).
          • Knowledge of frontend security practices, crosssite scripting prevention, and session handling.
          • Experience with performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and responsivemobilefirst design.
          • Working knowledge of CICD pipelines and Git workflows.
          • Familiarity with backend collaboration and monorepomicrofrontend environments is a plus.

          • Soft Skills & Mindset:

            • Strong communicator and visual thinker—can translate UX discussions into implementation plans.
            • Detailoriented but knows how to ship fast and iterate.
            • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
            • Curious, adaptable, and excited by emerging frontend trends and tools.
            • Confident decisionmaker, able to explain tradeoffs and defend architectural choices.
            • Driven by ownership and committed to a culture of continuous improvement.

            • Qualifications:

              • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HumanComputer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
              • Proven experience in leading UI projects from design to production.
              • Strong portfolio or GitHub showcasing past work and modern frontend architecture.
              • Experience working in Agile development environments with crossfunctional teams.

              • Work Requirements

                • Working Hours: Remote fulltime availability 5day work week (MonFri in Eastern Time 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM ET) with 01 hours & 30 minutes of break
