Job Description

Our Aussie Store Brokers are trusted experts in their local communities, helping Australians find, buy and own property with confidence. With almost 80% of home loans now settled by brokers, and an expansion of our service offering to include buyer’s agents, conveyancing and more, Aussie brokers are experiencing demand like never before.

Our retail stores across the region are growing, and we’re looking for motivated brokers to join the team and contribute to the next phase of growth.

As a broker in an Aussie retail store, you will:

  • Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice

  • Support customers through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement

  • Leverage our comprehensive service offering to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey, including buyer’s agents and conveyancing

  • Build relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline

      • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it — we can help!)
