A Senior Director role responsible for the Brand and Marketing of a software and technology company in the environmental and sustainability space. A company with a vision to of ensure a better world for all.

A high growth, people centric company with HQ in New Zealand plus global offices, this is truly one of those Tech companies people love working with.

The Senior Director, Brand and Marketing is a job for a true people leader with strong experience in brand. The role will include:

-People leadership- lead and manage a large brand and marketing team

-Strategy- develop and maintain strategy across brand, products, segments and regions

-Quality- ensuring that brand and marketing initiatives deliver quality throughout the customer journey.

A role that is very customer and quality centric, you will be responsible for improving the marketing infrastructure to achieve a best-practice, efficient, innovative and scalable marketing function to deliver world-class experiences for the customer. As a strong marketing mind and people leader, you will understand how content, brand, design, events, product, segment, digital, communications all intersect and can achieve amazing things.

What do you need?:

-10+ years of experience leading teams in a brand and marketing discipline- BTB experience essential

-Relevant Undergraduate degree or above

-You must be a thinker and be able to plan and act strategically.

-Collaborative mindset and experience.

-Provide leadership, support, coaching to your team

-In depth understanding of what drive behaviours across marketing funnel

-Commercial and business acumen

-Be a natural leader with the ability to influence in a consultative manner.
