Physician Recruiter

Physician staffing group looking for highly motivated, competitive recruiters to join a fast growing fun staffing company. Remote flexibility, aggressive base salary, uncapped commissions, 401k, health benefits.

Must have experience in healthcare agency staffing

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, source, schedule, and interview candidates
  • Prepare client-specific candidate submittals
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals
  • Contribute to process efficiency by independently prioritizing position urgency and candidate availability
  • Assist account management by fostering existing accounts, as well as help to attract new business and growth opportunities
  • Develop new ideas and improve current processes and procedures
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to drive consistent candidate traffic
  • Manage all aspects of external interview process including candidate preparation, providing feedback, and post-offer closing
  • Maintain culture of professionalism and collaboration
Compensation $55,000.00 – 100,000
Price Range: 55000-65000
