Physician Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, source, schedule, and interview candidates
- Prepare client-specific candidate submittals
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals
- Contribute to process efficiency by independently prioritizing position urgency and candidate availability
- Assist account management by fostering existing accounts, as well as help to attract new business and growth opportunities
- Develop new ideas and improve current processes and procedures
- Participate in networking events and job fairs to drive consistent candidate traffic
- Manage all aspects of external interview process including candidate preparation, providing feedback, and post-offer closing
- Maintain culture of professionalism and collaboration
Compensation $55,000.00 – 100,000
